Privacy policy
Juice Juice is an offline puzzle game for Apple Vision Pro. You do not need an account.
Information on your device
The app saves each mode’s puzzle, level, pour history, counters, coins and sound, motion and colour-number preferences locally. We do not receive or upload your gameplay data. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings.
No advertising or tracking
The app has no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access. We do not sell personal information or use your data for advertising profiles.
Offline gameplay
Puzzles, music, video and visual effects are bundled with the app. Gameplay does not contact OpenArt, Cloudflare or another remote service. If you choose to open a support or privacy link, your browser connects to that website.
This website
This support/privacy website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare receives technical request information such as your IP address, request headers and request time to serve and protect the website. This website does not add analytics, advertising scripts or forms. Cloudflare handles service/security information under its privacy policy.
Contacting support
If you email askappsupport@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Our email providers also process the message. We use this correspondence to respond to your request and resolve issues. Do not send passwords or payment details. You can request deletion of support correspondence at the same address, subject to records we need to retain for applicable obligations.
Managing and deleting information
You can change sound, motion and colour-number preferences in Settings. New game resets the selected mode’s active progress and coin balance; it does not reset the other mode. Removing the app removes its app-local data from that installation. Backups and system-level diagnostic sharing are controlled separately through Apple settings.
